We do our best to make your trip a safe and pleasurable experience. We reserve the right to refuse passage to ANY individual or group who arrive for a private charter, head boat trip, etc. in an intoxicated state due to the influence of alcohol or drugs. NO illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, firearms or hard liquors will be allowed on vessels or on our company property. A six pack of beer per individual is acceptable. PLEASE INFORM ALL PERSONS in your party of these restrictions.
